  1. Overview of These Terms These terms outline the rules for using Wellbeing Connect, our web-based portal available at https://construction.exploremywellbeing.com. By accessing Wellbeing Connect, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the portal.   1. Acceptance of Terms Wellbeing Connect is operated by Workplace Mindfulness Limited, a registered company in England (Company Number: 15394075). By using Wellbeing Connect, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use.

 

  1. Use of the Portal Wellbeing Connect is designed to provide resources and support for mental wellbeing in the workplace. You agree to use the portal solely for its intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Unauthorized use of the portal, such as attempts to gain unauthorized access or misuse of information or systems, is strictly prohibited. We may update and change the portal as needed.

 

  1. How You May Use Material on Our Portal We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the portal and its content. These works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All rights are reserved.
  • You may not modify, copy, distribute, or use any materials, including illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences, and graphics, separately from the accompanying text.
